Zoey is a very petite, young lady of a little over a year old. She is a mix between a Westie and a Shih Tzu, but is as white as snow all over! We pulled her from a shelter in East TN where she was surrendered because her owner could no longer care for her. This is the sweetest little girl and is going to make someone a WONDERFUL pet and companion! She is up-to-date on her vaccinations and is spayed. Her foster mom is in the process of working with her on housebreaking, and the other two Westies in her foster home are helping her to learn the ropes.
