Non-Contract Services
Daily Klean -Disinfecting of the entire household, Wipe and Organize countertops in Kitchen and Bathrooms as well as sweep and mop the floors, Make beds and organize bedrooms, wash fold and put away laundry in bedrooms dust and Vacuum. Window washing and basic outdoor tidy up.
Elderly Housekeeper- Daily Klean, as well as, grocery shopping and Pharmacy Pick-up, for those who cannot drive themselves to the store and back.
Weekly Klean- Daily Klean once a week, as well as any special tasks as needed by the week.
Monthly Klean- Wall washing, Door Frames and Floor Baseboards, Carpet Shampooing, Furniture Conditioning, Garage Cleanup, Cabinet, Refrigerator and Freeze Cleanup, and any other jobs by request.
Move In/Out Klean- Moving to a new home or moving out of an old one can be challenging. We make it a little easier by restoring the old home back to its original value if not a little better! If your moving in we disinfect and wipe all surfaces down as well as prepare the house for the move in traffic and aftermath.
Seasonal Klean- Organization of Spring to summer, summer to fall, or Fall to Winter change out of seasonal items such as furniture, decorations, or clothing etc.
Special Event Klean- After party frenzie? Call us just hours before the deadline and we will get you back to normal. However big the party we can cater to you.

Bank Rentals/Homes For Sale/Bank Foreclosure Klean- All around deep Klean to prepare the house for sale from inside out. Door frames and floors baseboards ceiling fans window ceils carpet shampooing, floor conditioning, Touch up painting or accents and basic fix up to prepare the house for rent/sale.
Commercial Klean- Restraunts, Offices, Apartment homes, etc. Carpet Shampooing and/or vacuuming, Disinfecting, Bathrooms both private or public, Each office or Cubical trash removed, desktops and office furniture dusted and wiped with disinfectants. Can be performed Daily, Weekly, Bi- weekly, or Monthly.
Post- Construction Klean- The contruction or remodeling of your home is finished but there is still a huge mess left behind.
