Job Description
Purpose:
Control and manage logistics warehouse operations including but not limited to the receiving, storage, and loading of raw materials, finished goods, dunnage, and other material required to support the business. Ensure route trucks are accurately loaded and positioned to support route sales. Prepare bulk orders, load trucks, and deliver product to bulk accounts in accordance with distribution plan. Inventory all materials in accordance with Sarbanes / Oxley guidelines for a large and complex logistics facility. Lead, develop, and direct all warehouse and bulk delivery personnel. Direct spending (labor/materials) to responsibly manage budgets associated with warehouse activity and bulk delivery. Manage physical building and grounds assets (Facility P&L)
Schedule : Monday through Friday - 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities:
Attract, retain, and develop effective Warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient, motivated, and skilled workforce.
Efficiently and accurately deliver bulk orders to fulfill commitment to our customers and support CCBCC sales objectives.
Maintain spending within budget guidelines to support overall financial targets and responsibly employ company resources
Ensure route trucks, bulk rigs, and transport assets are efficiently and accurately loaded/unloaded to support the efficient movement of goods and materials to their ultimate destinations
Manage and control Warehouse Inventory to keep shrink and customer service levels within standards and support Sarbanes/Oxley control requirements
Monitor product inventory levels and available saled/production/transportation data to ensure product is available when/where needed to support sales activity
Ensure the maintenance and security of Warehouse and grounds to meet CCBCC and government sanitation guidelines and preserve and protect company materials and assets.
Lead and Manage Production Warehouse.
Work Cross-functional with all departments to endure quality and maximize productivity

Requirements:
Must have a thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution. Minimum of 4 years Warehouse experience
Must have a history of managing people with 5 years progressive experience in managing, leading & training people.
Management Experience in soft drink/ consumable products or related industry is preferred.
Must have good PC skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is strongly preferred. Experience and Proficiency with SAP (Inventory) is preferred.
4-year college degree in transportation, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience with various material handling equipment. Forklift skills required.

Thorough knowledge of production planning, transportation, inventory shipping, contract orders, product forecasting, replenishment. and other functions that would affect the customers.
Must have an excellent quality record & experience in managing quality control.
Must be self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependability & participate as a team member to achieve common goals with sense of urgency.
Must be able to prioritize requests from many sources.
Must be able to meeting customer requirements in a fast paced work environment. Strong customer service orientation.
Must have strong background in logistics & supply chain
Must be Detail Oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
