Looking for songwriter and or arranger in Nashville, Tennessee For Sale

I'm a strong lyricist looking for someone that can play the guitar very well and sing. I'm looking for regular weekly songwriting sessions to work on tunes for various projects. I am looking for a serious, dependable and outgoing writer as well. Must be able to take a written song and be able to put a melody to it and/or be able to help co-write a song with me. I play the guitar but not very well. I currently have written over 400 songs and have several top 100 billboard songs as well as over 16 album cuts. I have ties to great studio's for demo cuts (top quality and very cheap) as well as publisher contacts.
