I am the original and only owner. Though this unit is used and must be sold ?as is,? I present it to you in excellent condition from an environment that is dust-free, smoke-free, pet-free, and child-free. This instrument has been gently and infrequently used. Unfortunately, McIntosh does not allow the transfer of its warranty to another buyer. Having sold several McIntosh pieces on eBay before, I have an appreciation of its appeal as a special piece of electronics and the responsibility to describe it accurately. I can find nothing that would negatively distinguish this piece from being in mint condition, and I am picky. There are no dings, no nicks, no scratches, nor bubbles in the glass.
