Texaco Country Showdown: Southern Halo in Nashville, Tennessee For Sale

The Texaco Country Showdown is the largest and longest running County Music talent search in the nation. It has been introducing some of the best undiscovered Country Music talent to the world since xxxx. And now, Southern Halo, a trio of Cleveland, MS teen sisters are hoping to win big at the prominent competition being held on January 16, xxxx at the famed Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN.
The Texaco Country Showdown is a four-level competition beginning in the spring where contestants compete at events sponsored by their local Country Music radio station. Local winners then advance to the state level where the prize is $1,000.00 and the opportunity to compete at one of five Regional events. Regional winners win an all-expense trip to the National Final at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. There, before a live audience, five aspiring Country Music artists will try to win the grand prize of $100,000.00 and the title of "Best New Act in Country Music!" The competition will also later be televised in the spring on a national network.
