Job Description
Employee benefits, HR, and healthcare technology company located in Franklin, TN is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Online Enrollment to handle client implementation and client service for online enrollment and benefit administration platforms. This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position with immediate availability. This position is preferred to be on-site in Franklin, TN. Remote resources will also be considered, if highly qualified.
Primary Responsibilities:
Setup and implementation of new cases on web-based (online) enrollment and benefit administration platform
Data manipulation, census preparation, and reporting in spreadsheet formats
Ongoing client service (email and phone-based) and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Analyzing customer-defined business rules to configure online enrollment and ben admin systems
Building electronic data interface files and associated reports
Working with clients and vendors to enable electronic data interchange EDI files for enrollment, payroll, etc.
Working with third-party online enrollment vendors to resolve technical problems as needed
Conducting client training sessions via webinar
Reviewing case configurations in a Quality Assurance testing role
Developing and maintaining documentation of internal operations processes and user guides for software
Job Skills & Experience Required:
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
Experience in a configuration role with online enrollment and benefit administration platforms is desired
Willingness to embrace new technology, learn new skills, and adapt to changing business needs
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment that requires you to take the lead on projects and drive them to completion
Familiarity and experience with EDI file processing
Other Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with the Selerix platform
Employee benefits experience
Experience working in IT environment such as software QA or technical support is a plus
JavaScript, JQuery, or other programming experience
