Job Summary:
The Operations Clerk administratively supports Operation Services personnel to include Operations Manager and other Operations Services staff. The Operations Clerk may be requested in times of high volume to include staff shortage, multiple new contracts, quick start-up turnaround times, etc. Will work under the guidance of Operation Services staff. No travel required.
Essential Functions:
• Responsible to provide administrative support to staff as assigned.
• Responsible to inform supervisors of any difficulties in handling assigned work so priorities can be established to ensure essential tasks are completed.
• Responsible to interrelate and work effectively with all Correct Care Solutions’ staff.
• Responsible to maintain confidentially as it related to all CCS business in accordance with Correct Care Solutions’ policy and procedure.
