A growing multi:family apartment community in the Nashville, TN area is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.PROPERTY MANAGERThe Property Manager will have specific areas of responsibility to include:-Personnel functions-Leasing-Community maintenance-Monitoring market conditions-Budget control-Advertising-Resident relations.-Will report to the Regional Manager.Requirements:-Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in the multi:family industry.-A high school diploma or equivalent is required.-A college degree or related coursework is preferred.-Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.-Yardi experience is strongly preferred.
