xxxx822 - North East Area Sales Manager Job Summary and Objectives : Nasville Area Sales Manager is responsible for the total management of sales production and employees within their assigned territory. Their job is to coach, train and be a role model for the Mortgage Planners within their assigned markets. Their job is to ensure their sales team closes loans according to the prescribed Corporate Goals and Guidelines. Primary Job Responsibilities : · Ensures 100% Impeccable Customer Service, Integrity and Intensity in their assigned markets · Manages all production activity of their Mortgage Planners · Sets daily goals and expectations and monitors performance against those goals · Reviews Mortgage Planner's submissions, borrower and agent follow-up, and monitors the process thereafter. · Manages Branch Personnel including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, performance review and termination. · Maintains continuous communication with customers, employees, operations and other members of management within AEM. · Corresponds and collaborates with Branch Processor(s) to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner while achieving the highest level of internal and external client satisfaction. · Assist Mortgage Planners on business development field calls. · Develop marketing strategies specific to their local markets. · Maintains all aspects of Salesforce.com data as it relates to their business unit as well as the data maintained by Mortgage Planners and Branch Processors. · Reviews, recommends, and monitors referral relationships and all aspects relating to Marketing Service Agreements. Supervisory Responsibilities : · The Area Sales Manager has supervisory responsibilities for Mortgage Planners. Supervisory Responsibilities include: · Mortgage Planner: Advising on loan sales process, problem resolution, communication with referral sources and customer service, monitoring of productivity levels, training, coaching, performance reviews, facilitating open communications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : · Complete working knowledge of the mortgage industry and AEM’s processes and procedures. · Must be customer service focused. · Must be a strong relationship builder. · Knowledge of and ability to interview, train and coach employees. · Must be highly self-motivated and extremely goal oriented. · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. · Knowledge of mortgage industry laws and regulations. · Working knowledge of personal computers, the internet and Microsoft Outlook. · Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills. · Above average mathematical ability. · Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Required Education, Credentials and Experience : Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Marketing is preferred Credentials: NMLS and State License to originate mortgage loans. Experience: · 2 – 5 years of related professional experience. · Previous supervisory experience. Beneficial Skills and Abilities: Bi-Lingual English/Spanish would be beneficial
