Field Sales Manager in Nashville, Tennessee For Sale

xxxxxxxx - Main Responsiblities: Manage account representatives remotely from operations headquarters for an assigned group of the national sales team Mentor, instruct and support remote sales team members to maximize selling time, reach sales volume goals, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, evaluate the competition and ensure accurate reporting of progress toward established department and company goals Develop action plans to address missed budgets/goals and negative gaps in overall performance measure Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics Identify potential and current open positions and requisition recruiting for staffing Requirements: 1 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a multi-territory distributed model.
