Territories available in the Greater Nashville Metro Area
Available Territories include but are not limited to: Bellevue, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, Hermitage, and Clarksville.
Duties of a leasing agent / property manager include:
:Perform rental property price analysis for new clients using Renters Warehouse resources and software.
:Face to face sales of our award winning tenant placement and monthly property management system and services.
:Process background information on potential tenants.
:Prepare leasing documents and contracts.
:Schedule property visits and showings.
:Collect first months rent and deposits from new tenants.
:Conduct move in and move out property inspections.
:Exceptional Customer Service
:Comply with North Carolina state requirements for all real estate transactions.
Requirements
:MUST possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers License.
:Previous sales, real estate or property management experience needed
:Excellent Communicator.
:Good at Face to Face Sales.
:STRONG multi:tasker.
:Very proficient with online business solutions such as Word, Excel.
:Dependable vehicle.
:Smart phone
:Ability to use a CRM
:Excellent with computers and technology in general
:Willing to work long hours and weekends.

Long hours and weekend will earn a good agent 80K+ a year or more.
Compensation: 100 Commission Based : Renters Warehouse wants to expand in the Nashville market and will be spending millions of dollars in marketing We offer a competitive commission split. The pay range varies from 65K : 240K, but more commonly 75:100K/year. Very consistent income, not your typical real estate job; you get paid every time you rent a property which is 17 days on average Our agents have a 50 closing ratio on average; you do the math
Hours: As an independent contractor, you will control your time off and hours, however it is expected an agent will work Mon:Sat. The more you are available the more you will earn
