Leasing and Property Manager : Commercial Real Estate
Berkeley Properties is seeking highly motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Leasing and Property Management team for our growing portfolio of industrial real estate. The Leasing and Property Manager will be primarily focused on leasing and managing industrial real estate starting in the Dallas, TX region and then possibly relocating to a different region.
Duties Include:
* Marketing, showing, and leasing properties
* Negotiating lease terms
* Managing lease expirations
* A/R collections
* Tenant relations
* Managing and overseeing property operations, maintenance staff and facilities/ construction projects
* Budgeting and monthly reporting
* Other duties as specified
Required Skills and Experience:
* 1:5 years experience
* MUST be willing to relocate
* Bachelors Degree
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, time:management and problem solving skills
* Strong marketing and sales skills
* Results:oriented team player with a positive attitude
* Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and database management
* Desire to launch a career in commercial real estate

Salary: DOE
