Good sales skills are important, but excellent negotiation skills will help you to excel at this. In this position youll be meeting with motivated sellers who have called us and want to sell their homes to us. Each situation is different, and we work hard to provide the best experience and solution for each of our customers. Your typical day will consist of meeting with several home sellers and constructing offers to buy their homes. You will need to be a strong closer and have excellent negotiation and follow up skills.
Dont worry if you dont have any background in real estate. We have a thorough training program that will teach you everything you need to know. The qualifying experience you must have is a background in sales and service or product negotiations. Of course real estate experience is helpful, but weve found that people with backgrounds in any sales field requiring negotiation can succeed in our system. Experience in car sales, timeshare sales, building materials sales, door to door sales, B2B software sales, and other sales fields where price negotiations are common tend to excel with us.

If you are average you can earn 75,000 with us, and if you are a star you can earn well over 100,000. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we will know.
