Our ideal Listing Specialist will:
:Prospect potential sellers, converting Leads to Appointments to Listings.
:Have a keen understanding of the Local Market and current Pricing Trends.
:Work will Seller and our Marketing Team to develop a Selling Strategy for all new Listings, including Staging, Photos, Online Marketing and more.
:A TN Real Estate License is preferred but not required; however, applicants will be required to obtain a license within the first 6 months of employment.
:Negotiate effectively on behalf of Sellers.
:Possess the Highest Professional, Ethical, and Fiduciary Standards.
:Compensation will be in one of the following:
:Salaried Position with Base Pay 50:75k + Bonuses
:Commission only
