This position is located in Nashville, Tennessee with travel up to of the time. Will consider candidates outside of this area if they have strong sales leadership experience and near a major airport within a 60 minute flight. Manages a key account. Drives strong business performance and manages one Corporate Account spanning across multiple business units and countries. Builds and sustains executive-level relationships, manages account-level profitability, directs and grows extended team members, and delivers superior client loyalty, all demonstrated through a strong mix of HP's portfolio. Reports into VP, Print and Personal Systems with dotted line reporting to VP, EB. · Highly experienced sales executive who can drive both transactional and consultative sales cycles in both an indirect and direct motion.· Ability to direct resources who don’t report directly to you to ensure maximum share of wallet and margin capture.· Develop and expand key customer relationships including executive levels of HPG/CPG.· Ensure HP remains the contractual partner for both HPG and CPG by profitably renewing the contracts.· Team with other HP business units and Channel sales managers to achieve goals.· Develop and implement written district business plans to optimize pan HP sell through, margin and TCE while controlling expenses. Review plan performance measures quarterly.· Achieve appropriate sales growth to maintain performance of of quota or greater. · Provide timely reporting, forecasting and recommendations to management.· Manage and provide monthly updates to manager on funnel, forecast, key wins and accomplishments.· Take an active role in assuring customer satisfaction.· Manage, review and approve or deny expenditures of funds for sales and marketing activities tied to growing the business.· Work closely with Marketing Manager and Strategic Programs Manager to maximize resources needed to grow the business.
