Due to growth of the company, we are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Sales Manager to join our team!Job DescriptionThis job will require the qualified candidate to travel 70% of the time working with their team of sales reps. This individual will hold responsibility for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets on each project. The Sales Managers duties may include but are not limited to: Meet or exceed annual revenue targets Ensure your team maintains the CRM database with call notes Commit yourself to training and teaching Continually update management and marketing on industry trends, product advancements, customer needs, etc. Work with distribution chains to augment your reps growth and footprint Maintain expense control within the Division Manage 9 sales reps initially, then 13 once we expand to our next growth phase Must be able and willing to travel 60-70%, average 3-4 nights per week
