Title: Sr Manager, Sales Development, Imaging Systems (Nashville, TN) Location: United States-Tennessee-Nashville Other Locations: Your Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position are focused on three key areas: Equipment Sales, Equipment Removals/Relocations and Inventory Acquisition and Expansion, Key success factor Develop, sustain and manage a strategic working relationship with a select group of key business partners and end-user customers in the healthcare sector for the provision of replacement parts and equipment to AllParts Medical. The position will work closely with other members of the senior management and supply chain team in the identification of potential business partners in both areas defined above. The position will be fully responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the working relationship with key business partners and end-user customers from a strategic sourcing standpoint. The position will actively promote and encourage a high level of collaboration among the management team to ensure the accomplishment of operational and financial goals of the organization. Aggressive leadership is necessary to ensure the success of the business unit and expansion of existing relationships, in addition to the development of new business opportunities in supply chain management of the business. The position will establish short-term and long-term operating and financial goals including budgets and forecasts to ensure effective operations and optimal profitability in their respective areas of responsibility. Other responsibilities include: regular meetings with key business partners and end-user customers to review the current status of the relationship and identify any growth/expansion opportunities. In addition, the position will work closely with senior management and supply chain team members to identify current and future equipment and parts needs, and direct supervision of the Strategic Equipment Sourcing program. Your Challenge: * Develop and maintain a target list of potential equipment and replacement parts sources to meet the strategic and operational needs and requirements of AllParts Medical * Establish strategic partnerships for growth and expansion of the equipment removal and relocation business * Develop contractual relationships with IDN's and other end-user customers for the acquisition and sale of equipment and to form preferred provider arrangements for equipment removal and relocation services * Negotiate pricing and discount structure with key business partners, IDN's and end-user customers * Interface with key business partners and customers to establish, monitor and track key performance metrics and reporting requirements * Conduct quarterly meetings with all key business partners and customers to review status of relationship * Initiate any corrective action necessary with key business partners and customers to quickly address operational problems and concerns Constantly look for other opportunities that add value to the existing business * Actively manage the financial performance of this business unit and initiate change as needed to further enhance the financial performance of AllParts Medical * Conduct and lead weekly equipment meetings with other senior management members to identify equipment and replacement parts acquisition/sales opportunities, using the CRPS system as the point of reference for these meetings. Consignment Equipment * Develop and maintain a target list of potential consignment partners * Negotiate financial terms of new relationships consistent with the long-term strategy of AllParts Medical * Manage current relationships to initiate growth and expansion of existing consignment program * Ensure compliance to current agreements * Establish and manage reporting to consignment partners on status of relationship to include monthly sales data, consignment partners' ROI to date by system, DOA and warranty claims and payment history * Develop and maintain a hot list" of equipment and replacement parts. Work closely with other senior management (VP, Marketing & Sales and VP - Operations) and Supply Chain to develop and maintain the hot list". * Meet with key business partners quarterly to review program status, additional equipment needs, expansion opportunities (new modalities), etc. * Constantly look for other consignment equipment partners and opportunities that add value to the existing business * Actively manage the financial performance of this function and initiate change as needed to further enhance the financial performance of AllParts Medical Pre-owned Equipment Program * Develop and maintain a target list of potential channels/sources for the acquisition and sale of diagnostic imaging equipment * Direct management of the equipment sale, removal and installation function within AllParts Medical including the supervision of staff assigned to this business * Draft, maintain and modify the proper documentation to provide the appropriate legal and operational protection to AllParts Medical in each transaction relating to the acquisition, sale or removal of diagnostic imaging equipment * Identify and establish appropriate channels for the acquisition, sale to or removal of diagnostic imaging equipment from the end-user market Meet with key channels/sources on a regular basis to ensure 1st access to equipment identified on the AllParts Medical hot list" of required equipment and parts * Actively manage the financial performance of this function and initiate change as needed to further enhance the financial performance of AllParts Medical Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor''s Degree (Master''s Degree a plus) in Business with a proven track record of growing the business and highly developed interpersonal, analytical, financial management and communication skills. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services and entrepreneurship is essential to success in this role. Requirements: 7 - 10 years of experience in an operational/sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry, in a small to mid-sized company. Ability to demonstrate personal success in the development of strong customer and supplier relationships, sustained financial growth and performance of each position held in other organizations and a strong working knowledge of the diagnostic imaging equipment market. Bachelor's degree is required. Equivalent work experience will be strongly considered.
