The amenities inthe Enclave are located on two floors. On the first floor is the Starbucks Wi-Fi Café. Take the grand staircase up a floor and you are treated to a solid wood wine tasting room and the more than adequate fitness suite. The Enclave also has a concierge, a car wash and two guest suites. There is a $100 move in fee required for any tenant moving into The Enclave. Payment must be in the form of a check payable to The Enclave HOA and should be left with the management office before the tenant moves into the building. New residents must schedule their move in with the office at least 48 hours in advance. Moves are allowed Monday - Saturday, 8 am - 8 pm. Overnight parking of moving vans and trailers is prohibited. New residents must complete an orientation with Enclave's Property Manager, preferably before moving in or no later than 3 days after.
