Property also has a utility room which is in between the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. Rental amount includes water/sewer usage, a one car garage, one storage unit and a full size washer & dryer. The owner will pay the HOA's New Renter Fee as well as DirecTV's choice programming package (the owner pays for the following via DirecTV: the monthly fee for one receiver, Choice programming package, HD and DVR service. Each resident will need to establish their own account upon move in. Additional charges may apply at the time of installation). The amenities inthe Enclave are located on two floors. On the first floor is the Starbucks Wi-Fi Café. It is a room that is large enough for a full kitchen, a pool table, and separate seating area with flat screen televisions. There is also a conference room/internet café on this floor directly adjacent to the café. Take the grand staircase up a floor and you are treated to a solid wood wine tasting room and the more than adequate fitness suite. Stroll out to the covered balcony and you get a phenomenal view of the central courtyard that features a gas fire pit, a pergola grilling area, and winding walking trails that take you through beautifully landscaped settings. The Enclave also has a concierge, a car wash and two guest suites. There is a $100 move in fee required for any tenant moving into The Enclave. Payment must be in the form of a check payable to The Enclave HOA and should be left with the management office before the tenant moves into the building. New residents must schedule their move in with the office at least 48 hours in advance. Moves are allowed Monday - Saturday, 8 am - 8 pm. Overnight parking of moving vans and trailers is prohibited. New residents must complete an orientation with Enclave's Property Manager, preferably before moving in or no later than 3 days after.
