Exchange Room and Board for helping me out around the house cleaning etc Female Preferred in Nashville, Tennessee For Sale

I have a 3 bedroom ranch on about 4 acres or so in The Tullahoma area that is seemingly rural, yet only minutes from town. I would consider giving someone free room and board for just helping me out around the house - basically real light cleaning, watching my dogs if u happen to be there and I'm gone etc. The cleaning part should be pretty easy, I'm not really a slob, but I can tend to leave my dishes in the sink or I wash then in the dishwasher and never put them away etc. If needed, I have a queen bed for your room and you would basically have your own bathroom, it's the main bath but you would pretty much be the only one using it. The biggest requirements are;
I am a very honest guy and I expect the same
NO drama - you'd find this is a very laid back place and I like to keep it all positive here. All negativity gets left at the door.
You have to enjoy animals - I have 2 dogs and a cat, all well behaved
There's a good possibility I could be traveling some in about 6 months and if so, I'd take the animals with me but as long as I knew I could trust you, you'd have the place to yourself and could keep it up for me while I was gone.
I am in my early 50's, male and would prefer a female roommate merely because I enjoy their company more to be honest with you - and I am always honest. If you think you might have interest, hit me up
