You will need to pay a deposit of $500, which is refundable at moving out. Rent is due 3 days before the 1st of each month and any utilities that are due that month. (These include water, cable/internet, electricity) The house is already furnished and you will be furnishing your room only. (If you have something cool that could make the house better, by all means I will let you put it in the house.)
