Reporting to the Buildings Business VP of Marketing, the Healthcare Facilities Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and tactics to effectively manage and grow our business delivering building solutions to Healthcare facilities. The company is a premier provider of building solutions to hospitals and healthcare networks designed to improve hospital financial performance, improve patient satisfaction, reduce energy costs, increase safety and security, and improve regulatory compliance. We enable these business benefits through an Integrated Healthcare Facilities Infrastructure that harnesses the collective capabilities of Electrical Distribution Services, Power Quality and Monitoring, Building Automation Services, Energy Management and much more. The position will develop and drive the Healthcare segment marketing strategy and business plans for profitable growth based on a thorough understanding of the healthcare market, utilizing all relevant channels and building on the entire Schneider Electric portfolio of products and services.This position is responsible to work directly with cross-BU stakeholders of Schneider s healthcare business on the strategy and budget from which Healthcare marketing plans, tactics and activities will be developed. Specifically, the Healthcare Segment Marketing Manager will be responsible for:Understand trends in the Healthcare industry and Healthcare facility management, Healthcare key investment drivers, customer challenges and requirements, and the customer journey. Identify the key competitors, players and their supply chains.Define Schneider s unique value propositions for Healthcare customers and related value chain members.Identify customer needs for building solutions and services and establish the gap between the customer s requirements and Schneider s capabilities. Work with BU offer teams to identify and develop the right offers to enable Schneider to deliver customer value and meet Schneider business objectives.Develop and deploy the sector strategy, goals and business plan based on Cross Business Unit orientation and strategy to deliver growth in sales revenue and operating margin.Represent Schneider Electric in the Healthcare market as the face of Schneider. Establish relationships with key customers and Healthcare market influencers to maintain Schneider s strong Healthcare facilities market reputation.Collaborate with key stakeholders to set business development objectives for the Healthcare segment.Work with Marketing Communications to develop and execute the integrated marketing communications plan for Healthcare to promote Brand Awareness, and to execute Sales Enablement programs.Work with Digital Marketing to develop and execute demand generation campaigns in order to drive growth through qualified leads. Work with sales to ensure follow through on marketing generated leads. Use bFO as a key tool in carrying out demand generation responsibilities.Develop a Cross-BU community of Healthcare experts including Sales, Offer Management, Offer Marketing, Channel Development, and Operations. Lead that community through regular communications and programs to inform the community about market opportunities, Healthcare offer updates, and Healthcare marketing actions.Travel: job involves 25% + travelLocation: preferred job locations are Andover, MA; Carrollton, TX, and Nashville, TNQualificationsBachelor s Degree in marketing or business management or equivalent degree/experience.Proven manager/leader, passionate about building culture via collaborative teams.Experience and knowledge in the Healthcare market, with a strong understanding of trends in healthcare facilities business, operating challenges, and solutions.Ability to learn/apply new technology solutions and business drivers in a timely fashion.Strong sales and marketing skills.Advanced understanding of the Healthcare segment regulations, competitive and market trends.Knowledge of Cross Business Unit Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services.Ability to lead Schneider s team of Healthcare experts across all business units.Clear understanding of Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin and Cash Management.Excellent customer service skillsFlexibility to perform in a fast paced, changing environment handling multiple demands.Strong business sense, strategic and visionary thinker with excellent presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PowerPointThe successful candidate will be highly motivated, strategic, and capable of leading a broad cross-BU team of Healthcare and offer stakeholders and experts.
