Company is seeking Compliance and Risk Analysts who have experience supporting risk and control self assessment programs which include but are not limited to risk assessments, issue management, and the development of compliance reporting. We have recently seen a growth in demand for individuals with this experience. Our recent project opportunities have included operational audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews, regulatory compliance audits, and loan reviews across a variety of areas within the bank, including credit, deposit, finance, and technology. As a Consultant with RGP, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.Professional Qualifications: A masters or undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or a similar field.A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking and/or financial services, with at least 5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, and/or loan review.Knowledge of federal bank regulatory requirements and consumer protection laws, including experience in commercial and mortgage lending, the US Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), OFAC, BASEL II/III, and Dodd-Frank.CFE, CIA, CISA, CRCM, and CAMS certifications or previous bank examiner experience preferred.Strong client relationship and project management skills.A passion for a project work lifestyle.
