Responsibilities with this position include but are not limited to: - Identifying customers’ needs and meeting them with our products. - Extending sales by discovering customer needs using probing questions. - Determining where customers work to determine if we could help their business. - Marketing to existing client base to drive traffic into store - A deep knowledge of the wireless industry and our products with emphasis on how these products meet customer needs. - Following up with customers to make sure their buying experience and the device they chose are exactly what they were looking for.
